Child safety and CSAE standards

Who this covers

These are the published child safety standards for Afterseat, the interest-room watch app listed on Google Play as Afterseat. They apply to the Android app, the website, and any room, profile, photo, or chat on the service.

Afterseat is for people 18 and older. We do not allow child accounts. Age-gating does not change these standards. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is banned here whether or not a child is using the product.

What we prohibit

Afterseat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). You may not create, upload, store, share, link to, request, or otherwise circulate any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. That includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking a child for sex, and any visual depiction — photo, video, or computer-generated — of a minor in sexually explicit conduct.

You also may not use Afterseat to find, contact, or arrange contact with a child, or to pretend to be under 18.

What we do when we know

When Afterseat obtains actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on the service, we take it down, close the room if needed, and suspend or delete the accounts involved. We preserve what the law requires for a report, then purge the rest.

Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or to the relevant regional authority where we are required to do so. We cooperate with lawful requests from those authorities.

How to report

If you see CSAE, CSAM, or anyone who appears to be under 18, email safety@afterseat.com with the account, room, or screenshot if you have it. You can also write from the Afterseat app under Account → Report a concern.

That same address is Afterseat’s child safety point of contact for notices about CSAE content on the service.
